In your friends "profile edit" they will appear under the title "Friend requests"
If your request is declined, that username will disappear from this list and you will not be able to request to be their friend again.
To approve them just click the box next to their name.
To decline/refuse a friend request click the "Decline request" link, this will then show a red cross next to their username.
Clicking the red cross will decline this friend request.
Only registered usernames are accepted.
To ask a friend who is not yet registered click on the "Tell a friend" link at the bottom of page - this enables you to ask someone to register and join, a link in their email will when they have registered automatically make you their friend.
Clicking the Private friends link will show 2 boxes alongside your friends name, the first box if ticked shows you have made this friendship private, the second box (which cant be edited) shows whether your friend has made this friendship private. If either box is ticked then the friendship becomes private.
If your friend has made this friendship private and you want to make it public you will have to message them and ask him/her to edit their setting.
If Private you will not appear in your friends list of friends and they wont appear in your friends list either.
A friend once deleted cannot reapply to be your friend again so only use it if you're absolutely sure!
If you would prefer to tell your friend using your own email you can
obtain the link here.
1. the default is to simply enter your friends email address in the email box, write a message in the text box and click the "Submit friend" button, your message will be sent via our server and a link will be in the email (uniquely linked to you) that when they register will automatically add them as your friend.
2. If you'd prefer to tell your friend using your own email click on the link "obtain link here", this will create a unique link that you can copy and paste into your own email client.
